Salisbury Plain Advanced Motorists is one of over 200 groups across the UK that aim to promote better motoring safety by supporting The Institute of Advanced Motorists' (IAM) recommended practices and its Advanced Driving and Riding tests.

This website is dedicated to providing you with information about the IAM's principles of advanced motoring and its advanced tests. It also explains what Salisbury Plain Advanced Motorists can do to help you improve your driving standard and go on to achieve an IAM Advanced Test pass.

Advanced Motorcycling
From January 2010 the motorcycling section of Salisbury Plain Advanced Motorists moved to join the Wiltshire and Bath motorcycling group.
